Our Alarm Monitoring service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year so your property will always be under supervision. When an activation occurs, the appropriate action will be taken by contacting the nominated keyholders and emergency services if required, limiting the impact to yourself and your property.

How Alarm Monitoring Works?

Your on-site CCTV system connects to our servers via the Internet (IP or on 3G/4G). When an intruder is detected, an alarm is sent to our response centre. Our operators will evaluate the situation and take action as agreed with you, such as sending an audio warning to the intruder, notifying your keyholder, or calling the emergency services.

The connection between your CCTV system and our monitoring station can be armed 24/7, set on a schedule, or manually armed on site at the end of the working day. We understand that every site is different, so we tailor our security solutions to your individual needs.
