Your on-site system connects to our servers via the Internet (IP or on 3G/4G). When a fire is detected, an alarm is sent to our response centre. Our operators will evaluate the situation and take action as agreed with you, such notifying your keyholder, or calling the emergency services.
The connection between your Fire Alarm system and our monitoring station can be armed 24/7, set on a schedule, or manually armed on site at the end of the working day. We understand that every site is different, so we tailor our monitoring solutions to your individual needs.
